Security
How Drop2Launch protects your account, your store, and your ad account.
1. Our approach
We collect as little as we can, connect to other platforms only through their official APIs, and never sell your data. This page describes the controls we work to; it will be updated as they change.
2. Connecting Shopify and Meta
You connect your store and ad account through each platform's own sign-in screen. We never see or store your Shopify or Meta password. We request only the permissions a feature needs, and you can remove our access at any time from Shopify or Meta, or from your Drop2Launch settings.
3. Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
4. Data in transit
All traffic between your browser and Drop2Launch uses HTTPS.
5. Access inside our team
Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service, and is removed when no longer needed.
6. Your controls
You can disconnect a store or ad account, export your data, and delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights.
7. AI and your data
Product details you submit are used to generate scores, pages, and ads for your account. See our AI Content Policy for how generated content may be used.
8. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, write to support@drop2launch.com with the details and steps to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We do not take legal action against good-faith research.
