Refund Policy
When refunds are available and how to ask for one.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan from your dashboard in two clicks. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
2. 7-day refund on your first payment
If you are new to a paid plan and it is not right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
3. Monthly renewals
Renewal payments on monthly plans are not refunded. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
4. Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. After that, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and the plan stays active for the rest of the year.
5. What we cannot refund
Ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your own ad account, and supplier orders are charged by the supplier. Drop2Launch cannot refund either.
6. How to ask
Write to support@drop2launch.com from the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
