3. How we use information
- Providing the Service: scoring products, comparing suppliers, building product pages, creating and publishing ads, and reporting results.
- Running your account: signing you in, billing, and answering support requests.

4. Legal bases for processing
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Service, in ways that do not override your rights.
- Consent: for optional cookies and marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.
5. Connected platforms
When you connect Shopify or a Meta ad account, we request only the permissions needed for the features you use, and we access those platforms through their official APIs.
- We use platform data only to provide the Service to you.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise our own services.
- You can disconnect a platform at any time from your dashboard or from the platform's own settings. After you disconnect, we stop collecting new data and delete the data we imported within 30 days, unless we must keep it by law.
6. AI processing
Scores, page copy, ad scripts, and videos are generated using AI models, some of which are provided by third parties. To generate them, we send the relevant product information to those providers under agreements that restrict how they may use it. Generated output can be inaccurate; please review it before you rely on it or publish it.
7. Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
| Recipient | Why |
|---|---|

| Payment processor (Stripe) | To take payments and prevent fraud |
| AI model providers | To generate scores and content |
| Email and support tools | To send service messages and answer requests |
| Analytics providers | To understand how the Service is used |
| Shopify and Meta | When you ask us to publish a page or an ad |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and your choices.
9. How long we keep information

If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
12. Your rights
If you live in the EEA or the United Kingdom
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in the United States
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
